Terms and Conditions

Service Agreement 

This agreement is entered into between your business, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” and the digital marketing service provider, hereinafter referred to as the “Agency.”

All confidential information shared by the Client with the Agency will be treated as strictly confidential. The Agency agrees to take all reasonable precautions to protect any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed by the Client.

Upon full payment, all website elements and marketing assets created for the Client — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, content, and design materials — will become the sole property of the Client.

By approving this agreement, the Client confirms that they either own or have obtained proper permission to use any images, videos, audio files, designs, or other digital assets supplied to the Agency for use in websites or marketing materials. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of such materials.

The Agency reserves the right to display completed projects or campaigns as portfolio or case study examples, provided that no confidential or sensitive Client information is disclosed.

Once ongoing marketing or retainer services begin, a review will be conducted after an initial three-month period. During this review, both parties may decide to continue the services or conclude the engagement.

No advertising budget or ad spend adjustments will be initiated without written approval from the Client.

To cancel monthly services and prevent additional charges, termination notice must be submitted before the 25th day of the current billing cycle.

For paid advertising services, the Client acknowledges that third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, or similar services bill the Client directly and operate under their own terms and conditions. The Agency may assist with setup and management where included in the agreed services, but is not responsible for third-party platform policies or billing practices.

This agreement becomes effective once the Client submits the first upfront monthly payment. Submission of payment signifies acceptance of all terms outlined in this agreement.

Project timelines are dependent on timely communication, approvals, and delivery of required materials from the Client or their representatives, including but not limited to content, images, feedback, or revisions.

All project communication, feedback, and approvals must be provided via email. To ensure accurate tracking and collaboration, the Client is requested to maintain communication within a single email thread. Feedback provided through calls, voice notes, or messaging platforms will not be considered official unless followed up by email.

Office Hours:
The Agency operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT +2). Response times may vary, and occasional time off may occur. Accommodations for clients in different time zones may be made when possible.

This agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between the Client and the Agency and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements related to the services described herein.
